In case anybody’s wondering where my mind’s at lately, here’s your second food post in two weeks…

You might remember my friend Jessica Murnane from when she had the brilliant idea of creating a cook-ie book.  Awesome, right?  Well it turns out that was just the beginning, as Jessica is back with her latest e-book, A Year of Breakfast: A Simple + Delicious Plant-Based, Gluten Free Recipe For Every Month.

Oh yeah, and since her last cookbook she’s also had this handsome man come into her life!  Jessica and her husband adopted baby Sid a few months ago, and it’s one of the sweetest stories I’ve ever heard.  I could listen to her talk about their adoption process all day!  But I digress…

Today, Jessica is being sweet (pun intended) enough to share one of the recipes from her new book- A French Toast Sandwich with Coconut Cream and Berries.
